My #BuqoYA Experience

It's me with ma'am Mina!

On December 12, 2014, I signed up to Ms. Mina V. Esguerra's partnership project with the country's fastest-growing online bookstore, Buqo.

We started the mostly online class (with two face-to-face classes, one of which was the one I attended yesterday) on January 19 and it ended on February 28 (yesterday).

The mission? Make a 5,000-word minimum young adult (YA) story within two months.

Well, what did I learn from the #buqoYA class?

1. Time management is important. Upon the last two weeks of the class, I almost stopped due to the schedule of my university class activities. But upon focusing on the important things, I managed to finish my story on time.

2. Improve your story. Through interaction with my friends, I deduced the areas where my story has strengths and weaknesses.

3. Treasure your story as if it's the coveted Yamashita treasure chest. I learned how to treat my story as my own treasure.

By the way, my story is titled Loving You All My Life.

Please support me and my #buqoYA class mates as we embark into the journey of publishing!

This is Raffy the Quizzard, signing off.
